Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Flirtist AI handles, why it is needed and how long it is kept. It is written to be read rather than skimmed.
What we collect
Two kinds of information. First, whatever you type: the messages you write in a conversation and any details you enter into a form, such as a name and an email address on the contact page. Second, ordinary technical information created when any website is visited, including a truncated network address, a browser description and the pages requested.
Why we use it
To reply to you when you ask us something, to keep conversations coherent so a companion can carry your details forward, to keep the site secure against abuse, and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Cookies and similar storage
Small amounts of local storage may be used to remember interface preferences and to keep a session running. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings, and doing so will not lock you out of any public page.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the exchange and a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Technical logs are short-lived. Conversation history persists so that a thread remains continuous, and you may ask for it to be removed.
Your choices
You can ask what information relates to you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to a particular use. Requests arrive through the contact page and are handled without unnecessary delay. Please avoid sending sensitive information in a conversation in the first place; the simplest privacy protection is not sharing what you do not need to share.
Children
Flirtist AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If we learn that information belonging to a minor has been submitted, it will be removed.
